Working while away? A second private living area doubles as a designated workspace, complete with a monitor and HDMI cable and nbn high-speed broadband for a seamless setup.

Grab a book or a board game. You also have a laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and tub and the back yard is fully fenced.

You’re an easy drive from beautiful sandy beaches and the vibrant cafés and fabulous restaurants of Milton and Molllymook.

House Guidelines

We hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy everything our beautiful coastal home has to offer.
To help us keep the property in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you:
● Respect our peaceful neighbourhood by keeping noise to a minimum and moving indoors after 10pm.
● No parties, events or Schoolies bookings.
● Please rinse off sand using the outdoor hose before entering the house (no sand inside).
● Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balcony.
● Please avoid eating on furniture or in bedrooms.
● Leave furniture in its original position.
● Turn off air conditioning when leaving the property and avoid running it unnecessarily.

Pet Rules
- We allow 1 small non-shedding dog only inside, all other dogs MUST be outside (Max 1 dog only)
- No pet is allowed on our furnishings, please (including beds), we recommend that guests bring your own pet bed
- Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended
- Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bins at the entry of the complex (not inside)
