Top hotel - but...
Actually a nice hotel but long waiting at the reception (check-in, defect keycard) is not what we expected. Floor in the room looked like a 2-star hotel - aboidable too

Slightly retro but well appointed. nice pool and outdoor area. scenic. lots of stairs. very attentive staff. lots of food choices, not enough authentic dishes. why pasta station and sweet n sour pork? breakfast lots of vegetarian options.

Beautiful accommodation, great breakfast, and super friendly staff. The place is a bit remote, but we were aware of that, as we wanted to be surrounded by tea plantations. Simply wonderful.
