Kitchen & Dining — Fully equipped with stainless appliances, butcher-block countertops, dishwasher, cookware, and a coffee maker (drip + Keurig). Dining table seats six.

Bedrooms (sleeps 6) — Bedroom 1 has a king bed with fresh linens and a closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Plus a queen sofa bed in the living room. All freshly made — comfortably sleeps 6.

Bathroom — Clean tub/shower combo, plush towels, and starter toiletries provided.

Workspace — A dedicated desk with fast WiFi (and hardwired ethernet) — ideal for contractors, remote workers, and anyone staying productive on the road.

🔑 CHECK-IN & PEACE OF MIND

Keyless self check-in from 4:00 PM via secure keypad — your personal door code arrives before arrival. Checkout is 11:00 AM. Professionally cleaned before every stay. For security there is an exterior Ring doorbell at the front door only — no cameras inside the home. A rental agreement, ID verification, and a $200 security deposit (collected 2 days before check-in via our guest portal and refunded within 2 days of checkout) are required.

🏠 GOOD TO KNOW

This is a thoughtfully updated historic cottage — you'll find modern comforts alongside a few charming quirks that come with an older home. A few steps lead into the house, so it may not suit guests with significant mobility limitations. We provide a starter set of essentials (paper products, soaps, towels, linens). Please place trash and recyclables in the bins outside the garage, and keep noise respectful in this quiet residential neighborhood. Heads-up on parking: on Wednesday and Thursday evenings the church across the street holds dance classes, so street parking can be tighter — the reserved spot in front of the garage is always available to you.
