„Wow what a stay! To start, the view over the hills and the surrounding lakes are stunning complemented by the various rooftops and balconies. The pool was very relaxing, while watching the local farm animals and inhabitant birds. The icing on the cake were the homestay owners and staff. General DD is a very interesting man, and his wife Joti is an excellent host, attending to every need and running an excellent cooking class. „Schade um dieses Hotel. Die Anlage ist recht schön geplant, die Zimmer sind grosszügig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Fluss mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Aber: Der Zustand des Gebäudes ist erbärmlich. Nasse schimmlige Wände, undichte Fenster, als Heizung gibt's einen kleinen alten Heizlüfter. Das Restaurant hat was ganz besonderes: Wer frierende Inder mit Pudelmütze, Anorak und (Faust-) Handschuhen beim Abendessen beobachten möchte ist hier richtig.“

„Its a lovely hotel in front of the Fatah Sagar Lake in Udaipur. Lovely atmosphere, great Indian food, nice rooms and the service is also very good. (Especially Thavar) The hotel is very clean. So there is nothing to complain about. Would definitely come again! :)“
