„Küchenausstattung -Töpfe, Messer,... waren in schlechtem Zustand und sollten erneuert werden.Licht in der Küche, und Leselampen wurden trotz Anfrage beim Vermieter nicht repariert. Dusche und Waschbecken im Badezimmer sind aufgrund der Amaturen nicht tauglich.Außerdem fehlt es an nicht maroden Sitzgelegenheiten.Die Matratzen waren jedoch ausgezeichnet.“

„Leonardo was a wonderful host. Prior to our arrival, I emailed him several times with questions which he promptly answered. He met us when we arrived and explained how to access the property. The property was centrally located. We could walk to most of the sites we planned to visit. We would stay there again if we visited the area.“

„Séjour dans l'appartement convenable, mis à part les coupures d'électricité fréquentes dans le quartier et la résidence... L'appartement est propre bien qu'étroit pour une famille de 5, avec un écran de pc pour télévision. Il faut ajouter des frais au prix (ménage et gaz pour 2 jours) ce qui est excessif et a été une mauvaise surprise. L'emplacement est très appréciable, station de métro à 5 min à pied, nous avons garé la voiture dans la rue pour les 3 journées passées à Romes (emplacements ...

„The apartment is in an excellent location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the metro. Communication with the host was excellent too. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only reason I downgraded my rating is because the room layout was not accurate when we booked, although this has since been amended online, and some of the furniture was damaged, however that wouldn’t put me off recommending this property.“

„Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, aber zwei der Schlafzimmer gehen zu einer sehr lauten grösseren Straße hin. Mit offenem Fenster kann man nicht schlafen. Eines der Bäder roch extrem nach Kanal. Die Betten sind bequem und auf Rückfragen hat die Agentur sehr freundlich reagiert.“
