„Küchenausstattung -Töpfe, Messer,... waren in schlechtem Zustand und sollten erneuert werden.Licht in der Küche, und Leselampen wurden trotz Anfrage beim Vermieter nicht repariert. Dusche und Waschbecken im Badezimmer sind aufgrund der Amaturen nicht tauglich.Außerdem fehlt es an nicht maroden Sitzgelegenheiten.Die Matratzen waren jedoch ausgezeichnet.“

„Tolle große Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Die sanitären Anlagen sollten mal saniert werden. Leider im Wohnzimmer keine gute Schlafcouch, ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit sieben Personen.“

„This property and stay was so amazing. The recently renovated property had modern finishes and so much room. Provided three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer which was so helpful after a weeklong cruise and cold ac which we really appreciated . The kitchen was great to prepare meals with the island perfect size to enjoy. The patio was nice to enjoy wine in the evening and it is a few blocks away from the Vatican totally walkable. „10/10 for location. Steps from the Pantheon and I felt we were central to everything. Communication with host was inconsistent. I would ask her a question via VRBO app and it would take days to answer. The bedroom with the bathroom smelled a bit like urine and the bathroom upstairs the shower did not drain. Full length mirrors would be a great addition to the place. Like I said, cannot beat location, but deliveries to all the restaurants and stores is very noisy and loud early in the morning.“

„Great location close to the Vatican and one of the main subway stops. Quiet, clean with a washer dryer combo in the kitchen. The washer dryer combo is definitely typical of European standards however, a drying rack works perfectly well. There is air-conditioning in every room in case you need it. Communication with Marco and his staff was very easy.“
