„The hotel is nice. It is basically just an apartment within a building and it has I believe five rooms. In the beginning, it felt a bit lonely. The design is very modern and cool. Also the staff is very friendly and warm-hearted, when they are there. Note: There is no 24h service and nothing else than espresso and cookies available to eat/drink. However, it is overpriced. I would go there again only for a lower price than 346€ per night.“

„Now let me start off that I don't consider anyplace as perfect. The good points: It was very clean & comfortable. It was safe & secure. The location was excellent for us. My wife and adult son. There are an abundance of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, banks and grocery stores nearby. Midway between two metro stops. Easy to get around. It had a lot of character. „Schönes und sehr komfortables Appartment in Rom. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Vom Bahnhof Tiburtina 350 Meter zu Fuß. Von dort Metro und Bus-Anbindung in die City und direkte Zuganbindung zum Flughafen Fiumicino ohne umsteigen. Das Appartment war neuwertig mit sehr moderner und kompletter Ausstattung. Keine typische Touristenlage. Dennoch viele Geschäfte und kleinere Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Preisniveau in der Umgebung deutlich günstiger als in der direkten City.“

„Wir waren zum Junggesellenabschied da, die Lage ist Top, Di Trevi Brunnen habe ich in 3 Tagen gefühlt 10 Mal gesehen. Da es die Stadtmitte ist, ist da alles etwas teurer, dafür aber alles in der Nähe.“

„Our family of four (two adults, one preteen, one teen) had a lovely stay at this apartment in Rome. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and great restaurants. We appreciated the info book left for us, amenities, and super comfortable beds! It's a very cute apartment with lots of space and had everything we needed. We absolutely would stay here again. “

„The apartment is as advertised, no surprises. Great access for my 84yo mother in wheelchair, as there are ramps and unimpeded access to the elevator! Awesome location with easy access to Metro and taxi stand. Host company was easy to reach and super responsive. Their office is literallly downstairs and staffed in person all day. Loved it. “

„The location was ideal for visiting the Colosseum and Forum. It had all the space needed for 2. It was a little noisy on weekend nights. “

„We were very pleased staying here for 4 nights. The 4 flights of stairs were a bit of a hike, but we were made aware before we rented, and it was not that bad - most of our time was spent in the city anyway, and the apartment was a great location for that! We hope to someday be back!“

„Tolle freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr hilfsbereit. Tolles großes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Microwelle und Herd. Alles sehr sauber. Hotel ist 100 m vom Bahnhof Roma Balduina und 200 m von einer Bushaltestelle entfernt. Müll musste man aber selber nach draußen bringen. Hier wäre eine andere Lösung schöner, daher für Sauberkeit einen Punkt abzug.“

„Tolles Hotel an TOP-Lage. Petersdom war zu Fuß gut erreichbar und auch in der Umgebung war einiges los. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Petersdom, einfach herrlich!“

„This hotel was a pleasant surprise. After reading some bad reviews I was a bit afraid, but it was completely the opposite, the appartment is very modern and cleaned, and the area is safe and closed to the city center. This has been my best experience in Rome so far (if you have been there before, you should already know how hard is to fine something good for an affordable price), with value for money, I can definitely recommend! “

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, just 10 minutes from the Termini train station and right next to Vittorio Emanuele subway station. The staff was very nice! And the water cooler on every floor was a treat. There are great possibilites for breakfast or lunch nearby. The hotel is ideal for a city trip and we would choose it again on our next trip to Rome. "
