„I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Donizetti House. The property was extremely comfortable and totally clean when I arrived. The neighborhood was nice as well, quieter than the more touristy parts of Catania. The host, Alessandro, was also extremely helpful. He not only saved me a parking spot for the check-in and waited late after my flight was delayed, he also recommended local activities and nearby live music in Catania. Would stay again!“

I have severe arthritis in my knees and ankles and this staircase kept me grounded on the ground floor. There was a discrepancy between what VRBO charged me and what the owners thought they should receive. VRBO had to work on a settlement. The experience left a bitter taste.
