„My husband stayed at the property for one night as we have purchased property in Tylertown and he needed to be close to the property for two days. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and met my husband at check-in and had the AC already turned on which was very appreciated. He said that everything was very clean and worked well. „We decided to visit a local atv park and found this cute rental. The host was very responsive to questions and requests, We arrived in the middle of the night and checked in easily. There were 4 adults and the tiny house accommodated us comfortably. We awoke to the many extra touches our host had left for us. Fresh eggs, coffee beans with a grinder and fresh cream. The property was so peaceful and beautiful. The tiny house over looks a pond and it was nice to sit and enjoy coffee on the deck. ...

„Truly enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a place for some R&R before starting my next phase of chemo. This place is perfect. We spent lots of time on the screened porch. Enjoyed the grill and fire pit down closest to the river. We also enjoyed the record player. Love how eclectic this place is. We didn’t want to leave.“

„The house was very clean, lots of towels, dishes and cleaning supplies available. They had alit of wood available and a fire pit in the backyard. Also very close (walking distance) to alot of stores. No complaints at all. The neighbor hood was also very quiet“

„From the moment we arrived until the last minute there we absolutely loved the place!! It is very far out of the way, but thats what we sought after. Deanna was a great hostess and was there for us at anytime she was needed to answer questions or help with anything. The area is beautiful and the river was nice. We will stay here again on our next visit.“

„We will be staying here from now on when we come to Percy Quinn. This condo is so comfy and cozy and much better than the PQ cabins. The condo was clean and tidy. She even let us check in early bc we had some errands to run before our little vacation could start. The owner was very easy to communicate with and she was so sweet. We will 100% book here again.“

„We really enjoyed our stay at this immaculately decorated home. Everything was provided that you should need ! the owner even supplied a griddle and a crockpot and Charcoal grill and supplies so we would have it for our use. The teenagers really enjoyed the pool and the pool slide as well as the tennis courts and Pickleball. Great place for a family or a large group“
