„We have family in the Tylertown area and usually stay at their place when we come for a visit. This time we decided to rent a place for the two nights and found Colbys River Retreat. Jolla was an awesome host. Greeted us to show us the functuins in the rv and gave us a bag of fresh picked blueberries. She was incredibly nice the rv was clean and had eerything you woukd need. „Great stay!“

„House was comfortable, clean and convenient for what we needed. Check-in was a little difficult since arrived when was dark and had to locate an extra key in the back since a door lock that was to be left unlocked wasn't. Also A/C was completely off when arrived on what had been a very hot day so took some time to cool down to a comfortable temperature. Would stay there again though.“

„Host was amazingly friendly, apartment was very clean,cool and cozy ,the pool and pond was so relaxing,kids also caught fish that I prepared for dinner, Host welcomed my party guest with a smile and charm, the kids played so much , they slept during movie time, while I enjoyed a book by the pool,I'm so excited about returning.“

„Do not recommend. Host was entirely MIA and never provided check in information. Do they even own this property? I spent hundreds on food that went to waste when this was canceled due to the host’s lack of communication to me and vrbo staff.“

„Loved the decor, clealiness of interior and all the rooms were as pictured. The two tvs in the other rooms did not work which was disappointing as lounging in bed was going to be a plus. The carport could have been cleaned off but the host was very attentive in responding and was nice. Was unaware of no cable but WIFI worked well“

„This is just what we needed. The property is beautiful and the location remote enough to feel a total peace. The porch is phenomenal. We very much enjoyed the swing porch swings and spend a lot of time there. Our host was amazing. She answered questions and provided information as needed. We will be back for some more rest and relaxation.“

„Even in the heat of summer, this cabin was a dream! The shaded walking paths were a perfect escape from the sun. We saw some deer and a box turtle! My boys loved fishing in the pond and could not stop catching perch. This was our third visit to the property, and it won’t be our last! “
