As the name suggests, the house sits on the edge of Jaycee Park, one of Tybee's largest parks, where you can stroll barefoot through the grass and across the creek bridge.

The open-concept main floor features a fully updated kitchen with sleek stainless-steel appliances, including a double oven and overlay refrigerator. A breakfast bar with seating for two is perfect for casual meals, while the adjacent 6-seat dining table sets the stage for family dinners.
