The property is accessed by the side door. You will be sent a code for the electronic keypad the morning of your arrival. There is parking for 2 vehicles. Parking is free off-street.

We respect your privacy and will only come by if we have permission. I am available 24/7 for emergencies: such as lockout, fire, flood, AC issue, violation or injury. Please call 911 as needed, then text and call. Please notify us by text of any other issues or maintenance problems. In the case of a neighbor or police complaint the following protocol will be followed: 1) I will call and text the primary guest to notify you of the complaint. I will only speak with the primary guest. 2) I will come by the property to do a walk-through inspection. I will need to speak with the primary guest at that time. In most cases you will be allowed to stay. If there are any further complaints you will be asked to leave without reimbursement.

Grace Cottage is located in the area of mid-island Historic Ft. Screven area of Tybee. This is a residential, quiet tree-lined street close to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. It is easily accessible by bike and golf cart to the all of the island . Walk .3 mi. to Ft. Screven beach access long the old railroad bed. We offer golf carts come with a Tybee Island parking pass for rent. Please make sure not to block any other driveways. Parking on Tybee is pay-to-park everywhere 8AM to PM every day. I recommend downloading the TYBPark app for easy pay. When traveling to Savannah, they have an app ParkSAV makes it really easy.
