Diese atemberaubende Tybee Mansion ist eine der beliebtesten Ferienwohnungen auf Tybee Island. "Casa Verde" ist ein freistehendes architektonisches Meisterwerk im Antebellum-Stil mit atemberaubender Aussicht, einem privaten Pool und über 5049 m². 
Die großen Veranden sind ideal, um einen Tybee-Sonnenaufgang und -untergang zu beobachten. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem historischen Leuchtturm von Tybee Island und nur wenige Gehminuten vom brandneuen Tybee Marine Science Center (voraussichtlich 2020) und dem Freilufttheater entfernt. Der Zugang zum Strand erfolgt an der Nordkreuzung des Strandzugangs neben dem North Beach Grill. 
Dieses Küstenstrandhaus hat 6 Schlafzimmer, 5 Badezimmer und Annehmlichkeiten in Hülle und Fülle. Der Außenbereich verfügt über einen privaten Pool, einen Whirlpool, einen Gasgrill und eine Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Beobachten Sie die großen Schiffe, die an Tybee Island vorbeifahren und der Küste mit dem Licht des Tybee-Leuchtturms folgen. Der Leuchtturm hat noch die Leuchtturmlinse aus dem 18. Jahrhundert und projiziert ein treppenartiges Licht 30 Kilometer in den Atlantik. Der Tybee Island Lighthouse ist auch der höchste Leuchtturm in Georgia und wird während Ihres Aufenthalts in diesem atemberaubenden Ferienhaus Ihr nächster Nachbar sein. 


Alle drei Stockwerke dieses Hauses können mit dem Aufzug oder der Innentreppe des Hauses erreicht werden. Das große 3-stöckige Haus hat einen umgekehrten Grundriss! Die oberste Etage des Hauses verfügt über das große Hauptwohnzimmer mit HD-Fernseher und befindet sich direkt neben der Gourmetküche. Die Küche verfügt über eine Esstheke mit Platz für 4 Personen und eine Essecke mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Günstig gelegen durch einen Durchgang ist der Speisesaal mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten für Ihre gesamte Gruppe. Auf dem überdachten vorderen Balkon befindet sich ein zusätzlicher Esstisch. In der obersten Etage der "Casa Verde" befinden sich ein gemeinsames Badezimmer und eine Waschküche. In der obersten Etage befindet sich die Master Suite mit Meerblick und eigenem Zugang zum Balkon mit Meerblick. Master Suite Nr. 1 verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer, ein Queensize-Bett, einen elektrischen Kamin und einen HD-Fernseher. Direkt neben der Master Suite 1 befindet sich ein zusätzlicher ruhiger und komfortabler Sitzbereich. 

Die mittlere Etage des "Casa Verde" verfügt über ein zusätzliches Wohnzimmer mit HD-Fernseher, elektrischem Kamin und Zugang zum großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool, den Tybee-Leuchtturm und den Atlantik. Es gibt 3 zusätzliche private Queen-Schlafzimmer in der mittleren Etage. 
Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 befindet sich auf der Nordostseite des Hauses und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad und einen privaten Zugang zum Balkon im mittleren Stock. 
Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 befindet sich auf der Südostseite des Hauses und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein eigenes Badezimmer und einen privaten Zugang zum Balkon in der mittleren Etage. 
Schlafzimmer Nr. 4 befindet sich auf der Nordwestseite des Hauses und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Schreibtisch, ein komplettes Bad und einen privaten Zugang zum Balkon in der mittleren Etage.  
Schlafzimmer Nr. 5 befindet sich auf der Südwestseite des Hauses und verfügt über ein Doppelbett, einen großen Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Badezimmer. 

Das Erdgeschoss dieses Hauses ist perfekt für die Unterhaltung mit einem Billardzimmer mit HD-Fernseher und direktem Zugang zum eingezäunten Außenpool / Whirlpool-Bereich. 
Schlafzimmer Nr. 6 befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, mit 6 Einzelbetten und ist das "Kinderzimmer".  

Dieses Haus ist auch ein haustierfreundliches Ferienhaus. Es gibt ein Limit von 25 Pfund für Haustiere und es fallen zusätzliche Gebühren an, wenn Sie sich dafür entscheiden, Ihre Haustiere mitzubringen.

Beautiful home but there was still trash around the house and even though it sleeps 15 there were only enough towels for 8. Great outdoor space and the management company was super accommodating so definitely would stay again but attention to detail would be appreciated.

Casa Verde Christmas

This was my family’s 3rd Christmas on Tybee. My parents are in their 80s and this house was perfect. Literally right next door to the lighthouse, which is their favorite landmark. Definitely plenty of room for us all to be together and plenty of private locations for quiet time.The hot tub was not working, which was a big letdown for my sisters, but we were refunded for that, just disappointing.Overall the house was clean, I would have given 5 Stars on cleanliness, however, it was obvious that detailed cleaning isn’t done regularly (a lot of dust under couches, cobwebs hanging from ceilings and corners, filmy shower doors were the main violators). For the price of the house per night, I expected pristine cleaning.I would definitely stay here again. It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

A little deceiving

When you pull up the map, this property is extremely close to the beach. What isn’t disclosed is the fact you have to use public beach access points only. North Beach entrance and Polk Street entrance are the closest access points allowed for the beach. Pretty disappointed with this information not being disclosed

Great Stay!

We stayed here for my sister's Bachelorette Trip, and it was great. There was plenty of room for everyone, everything was clean, and the elevator was SO helpful for getting groceries, bags, etc. up to the 3rd floor. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

It was fabulous. Plenty of room for my entire family. Great location. I wanted to book for the same time next year. However the price has increased so much for the same time next year that we can’t afford it. My family and I take a beach vacation every year and are looking for a place to visit annually. Great property and location for a large family vacation

We visited Tybee with our 5 children and their spouses and this house couldn't have worked out better!! Plenty of room for everyone, so many different sitting areas, a pool table (used nightly), and the pool area was THE place to be during the day (with the Jellies at the beach, the pool was a far better choice)! I would recommend this house to anyone staying on Tybee with an extra large group.

Family reunion

We met our three children and their spouses (eight adults in total) and our five grandchildren (aged 11 years to 18 months) at Tybee Island for a week-long family reunion. The Casa Verde bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, easily accommodated our extended family needs. The large open kitchen and family room was a common gathering place for our entire group. The house was in easy walking distance of the beach (about two blocks). Our stay included July 4th; the top balcony of the house offered a great view of local fireworks. We also enjoyed many hours in the house's pool. Savannah is just 15-20 minutes away by car, and we enjoyed a trolley tour of Savannah during our stay (highly recommended for those who have not visited Savannah previously). It was a great week, dampened (figuratively and literally) only by the high heat and high humidity. Nevertheless, with light breezes off the ocean, we enjoyed dinner on one of the balconies several evenings.

Wonderful family vacation

Can't say enough about this gorgeous house! Our entire family enjoyed the space of the home - plenty of rooms for everyone, and the decks and especially the pool ! Ocean can be viewed from the decks and the photo ops were amazing! Fun having the lighthouse in our "backyard!" The short walk to the beach was easy for even our smallest little ones. Perfect week!

The house is beautiful but: - they pulled a dead rat out of the pool while we were there - the hot tub smelled like a dead fish and the people who went in have welts -the leaks in the roof led to water on the floor and my aunt slipping -we found three roaches in our rooms -the communication with the management company was gruff and poor quality -THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT CHECKING IN. You cannot check in at 3 pm. We were told we were only eligible to “pick up our keys” at 3 pm where our “keys” were a door code. They did not release the envelopes until 3:01 am -Staff showed up at 9 am to turn over the property and told us to leave. The house is beautiful, proximity to the beach, but enough of a mess that I would not recommend this property

Amazing house. Tybee is a cute island. Was not aware that it would be difficult to get Ubers from the island to go to Savannah, so would recommend having a DD or reserving a taxi to shuttle for a group. Otherwise house was great- too cold for pool and no heater, but used the hot tub. Bugs/mosquitos were bad.

Perfect 50th bday celebration

Beautiful, spacious, great location. We had 9 adults and a baby with us. My Mother-in-law uses a walker and the elevator and space perfectly accommodated it. My adult children and 1 year old granddaughter all had a wonderful time. The roof top deck gave gorgeous views of sunrise and sunset. We were easily able to head to Savannah a couple times as well. It was a perfect way to celebrate my 50th birthday with all my children. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Home and Great Location

This house is amazing, especially for large groups. Bedrooms are very nice, and insulated from the gathering spaces, so people can do their own thing. Very well equipped, and nicely furnished. We will definitely be back.

Bachelor Party Getaway

We had a great time at this house! Plenty of room for our large group with great amenities! We loved the local spots on Tybee Island but it’s also not too far from downtown Savannah, so it was the best of both worlds. Super easy check in and out, we’re already talking about making another trip here again soon!

Each year myself and 11 other friends pick a destination to meet for our annual girls trip. We were very pleased with the Casa Verde. Home was very nice, lots of space both indoors and outdoors to enjoy, perfectly located to the North beach entrance, the Lighthouse was literally in our back yard which was very cool and it was just a short drive into Savannah. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Large Home

Beautiful home, very spacious. The photos are representative. Simple process. A few issues. Large wasp nest on porch, technician responded quickly. The dishwasher did not work and the technician could not repair; had to hand wash all dishes. Problem with large main refrigerator in kitchen that had problem cooling. We had problem igniting the grill by pool. The hot tub had a strange odor, and small white specs floating around; so only one out of ten chose to use the hot tub.

Great girls weekend location!

The house was amazing! We had 12 of us staying for a long weekend girls trip. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather together but also have privacy when needed. The kitchen was also fully stocked with any glassware, platters & utensils which is rare in a beach house! They also had a number of mini fridges throughout perfect for bottled water & cans + an ice maker. They really thought of everything. We loved the balconies & the pool. The location was excellent to the beach! And we even got to watch fireworks on the roof to close out our stay. We were obsessed with this beach house & would love to rent it again!

Amazing Home

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay at this beautiful house. The bedrooms were so cozy and inviting and the decks surrounding the house had amazing views and ocean breezes for all to enjoy. We rented a large golf cart to shuttle to the beach with our chairs and coolers and enjoyed a dip in the pool after a warm day at the beach. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, its time for the sunset and we are on the rooftop decks to capture a photo. The only disappointment was no spices for cooking,, not even salt and pepper. It Is difficult as a traveler to have to pack spices in your suitcase.

Great home for big families!

There were 12 of us. This house was perfect. Room for everyone to have fun and also to have their own space. The elevator was a God send as the kitchen and family area is on the top floor. Convenient to beach, grocery and the view if lighthouse was great! Lots of porches for sitting. The only thing I can find to complain about was the patio set on the top floor was so uncomfortable that we could not set in it. There was two table & chairs out there that were fine. The Oceanfront Cottage Co. we're great to work with. Brian and Brandon that work for them were wonderful to work with.

Perfect house for wedding party!

The house was even better than we could have expected. It was nicely decorated and stocked and very clean. We rented it for my daughter’s wedding and the wedding party stayed there. There were 7 couples and they had a great time! It was nice having the elevator especially to bring in groceries. The location is ideal and the rental company was great to deal with. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience!

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect set up for A large family. Enough space to allow for virtual working/school peeps to be productive while allowing others to enjoy pool or kitchen. Dining room allowed for big group dining which was perfect during Covid as we cooked most meals. Fantastic location and amenities- pool/hot tub/pool table all used and enjoyed. Highly recommend:)

Everything is just a little bit broken

Booking was simple and easy. Location was great and he house was large, accurately described and mostly okay. Before getting to the events that caused us to have to leave early - the house is just a bit worn out and generally in disrepair. Large coastal homes like Casa Verde require a ton of upkeep and effort before they are subjected to a rental environment. Being a rental makes the upkeep even more difficult (expensive). Either the owners are avoiding these upkeep costs or the management company is mismanaging. Casa Verde is showing significant wear and disrepair - this matters when renters are paying a premium. Specifically, wood rot throughout - failing gutters that rattle when the wind blows - birds nesting in the fireplace chimney (chirps echoing throughout the house) - broken dishwasher (this stinks when you have 7 people eating three meals a day) - mold growing on bedroom walls - and most frustrating of all, the A/C condensation draining system failing (clogged lines, inoperable sump pump & inoperable draining pan sensor) causing significant water damage to a guest room and forcing us to cut the vacation short. The A/C system failed prior to our arrival and the repair, mold and water damage went un-repaired prior to our arrival. The management company was mostly non-responsive - we had to call and follow-up several times on the A/C damage, and upon deciding to leave, we were refunded promptly for the lost night, but no-one acknowledged the circumstances with a simple "sorry for this". Just generally poor customer service. Would not recommend this property at the advertised rates and as an owner of various homes (beach front and mountain), I would certainly not recommend this management company.

Great House, but

This is a great property. The biggest concern for me is the kitchen. While it is beautifully done and is well supplied with pots, pands, dishes and utensils, the refrigerator os way too small for a house that size and the number of people to feed staying there. The freezer has almost no space.
