🐾 PET POLICY

We happily welcome well-behaved dogs under 30 lbs with a $100 pet fee. Larger hypoallergenic or non-shedding dogs may be considered upon request.


⏰ HALF DAY STAYS

Arriving early or have a late flight? Check in the morning of your trip instead of 4 PM or skip the checkout rush & get a whole extra day of vacation in 🌴 Make the most of your vacation with our optional half day stays! Available seasonally for an additional fee, only when adjoining nights remain unbooked. Limited availability & not guaranteed so please message us to inquire ☺️

⚠️ IMPORTANT DETAILS

• We live in the house next door but we respect your privacy and want you to feel like you have the property to yourselves. You may occasionally see us very briefly while accessing our boat at the dock or our team maintaining the pool or gardens, but otherwise we’ll happily give you your space.

• Hot tub & screened in waterfront porch located in a private nook behind the owner’s home next door
– You can close the gate while in use for privacy

• Parking for up to 5 vehicles (6 if smaller vehicles).

• A brief rental agreement must be signed through our secure hosting software prior to check in

• Christmas decorations will be up by 12/1/26 & will be taken down by the second week of January

• JANUARY/FEBRUARY bookings: we will be tackling some projects on the property (not in the interior spaces). You will still have access to the amenities but by booking during these months you acknowledge & consent to some work being done on the exterior. It will not be in the early morning or late evening.
