As you enter the home, you'll be welcomed into the open concept living and dining area, where comfortable seating, including a beautifully tufted sofa in warm caramel tones, a velvet swivel accent chair, green olive colored drapery, and a brass and glass coffee table, creates a warm and stylish gathering space. A stunning Old Hollywood inspired ceiling fixture serves as the centerpiece of the room, featuring dimmable lighting that helps create the perfect ambiance from morning coffee to evening cocktails. A decorative fireplace anchors the living room, creating a striking focal point beneath a large brass mirror. Together, these design elements help capture the home's timeless charm. Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use.

The living room also includes a Smart TV, Bluetooth radio, mini split heating and cooling, and high speed internet, making the home equally suited for relaxation and remote work. You will also find classic games such as Yahtzee, Scrabble, Jenga, Uno, and playing cards for your enjoyment.

You'll find a dedicated coffee station with both K-cup and pour over options, accompanied by a variety of flavored K-cups, regular and decaffeinated coffee, tea bags, liquid and powdered creamers, sugar, and convenient to-go coffee cups, perfect for fueling up before a day exploring Joshua Tree National Park.

It is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, electric kettle, rice cooker, cookware, bakeware, utensils, and all the cooking essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. A variety of spices and seasonings are also available for your culinary creations. Ample cabinets and cupboards are stocked with pots, pans, flatware, and dinnerware, while the drinkware collection includes glasses for red wine, white wine, champagne, cocktails, and shot glasses.
