Tucked just off the Tweed River in Chinderah, this renovated four-bedroom, ground level home blends easy coastal living with a genuine wellness edge; sauna, gym and fire pit all on site, with the beach a short drive away and the river, cafes and pub, all an easy stroll from the front door.

Off-street carport parking for one vehicle, with a Tesla EV charger, is available to guests. Additional off-street parking is available through the side entrance.

Sleep and unwind
Four bedrooms sleep up to 8: a master bedroom with aircon, a king-sized bed and ensuite plus private deck area, two queen bedrooms and a twin room perfect for the kids or which can be joined to make another king. Ceiling fans in every room. The main bathroom has a large bath, oversized walk-in shower, and a floating timber vanity with a stone benchtop.

Made for gathering
The open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with aircon is the heart of the house, with a stone island bench, gas cooktop, and a proper espresso machine, opening onto a timber table that seats eight comfortably. The living area`s deep sectional sofa makes it an easy spot to sink into after a day on the water or at the beach.

Enjoy BBQs on the large front deck, complete with an oversized table and seating, perfect for entertaining. And if smoked meat is your thing, you`re welcome to use the smoker to top off the afternoon BBQ.

Wellness, built in
A private 4-person KIVA traditional sauna, outdoor gym, and a fire pit for the evenings, ideal for anyone treating the stay as a proper reset, not just a holiday. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off after the beach and before/after using the sauna. Please note the ice bath is currently not available for use.

Outdoors and practicalities
Family-friendly, with rear-yard space for boat parking — bring the tinnie and launch straight into the Tweed River, barely a couple of hundred metres away. Cubby Bakehouse for coffee and pastries and the Chinderah Tavern (with its own bottle shop) for a pub meal or a bottle to bring home are both under a 5-minute walk. For fish and chips, Tweed River Seafoods on Chinderah Bay Dr is a scenic 15-minute riverside walk (or quick drive) away, and there`s a 24-hour BP service station just up the road on Ozone St if you need fuel or a late-night snack.
