„If you like to be surrounded by wood, this is your place. We felt like we were in a mountain cabin, yet we were in the middle of the city. Everything worked great especially the air conditioner!! Decor was really interesting and was fun to investigate. We like to cook and it had everything we needed for a nice meal. Location was perfect near the college and the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Abilene.“

„We were in town to visit our daughter in college and extended family. The property was just what we needed. We had one minor issue that the owner addressed right away. My only recommendation would be to have a broom and dust pan available. Our youngest isn’t the neatest eater and a broom would have been helpful to clean up after her. 😀“

„It needed hand soap at the sinks. We found some in a closet but not enough. Only had one roll of toilet paper. Contacted the host and she brought us more. Had trouble locking most of the doors. The apartment was very nice and decorated to be very inviting. “

There was a great kitchen to work in as we were there for the birth of a granddaughter. The location was convenient to the hospital and restaurants. We will be back and stay at Mimi’s House again.“

„Liked the location near the zoo and park. Nice neighborhood, no more than 5 miles to all stores and several restaurants. Plenty of towels and beds were very comfortable. We did need to pick up body soap and shampoo. The grass could have been cut prior to our stay but than again there had been rain. Over all it was a nice place to stay and we would stay there again.“

„Beautiful ranch with all the country feels. The best part for us was waking up each morning and sitting on the front porch with our coffee watching the sunrise while doing devotionals. Spending time with God while enjoying the country scenery was amazing. It was perfect for the 2 of us to stay away from the city without light pollution.
