It’s been recently remodeled and outfitted with modern, cozy furnishings. This charming home sleeps up to 9 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and features a spacious fenced-in backyard. Its convenient location offers easy access to all things Tuscaloosa with merely a 12-minute drive to downtown Tuscaloosa, a 14-minute drive to Bryant Denny Stadium, and a 25-minute drive to Lake Tuscaloosa. Enjoy the comforts of home with a stocked kitchen, SmartTV, washer and dryer, 6-seat dining table, coffee pot, pet-friendly fenced-in yard (2 pet max), and more!



Bedrooms: The primary bedroom features a king bed; the second bedroom features a queen bed; and the third features 2 full sized-beds. The primary bedroom connects to an updated ensuite with a stand-up shower. The second and third bedrooms can access another updated bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Additional Guest Fee:

• A fee of $25 will be charged for each additional guest beyond the initial 6 people.
