You will be walking distance to the University of Alabama and Downtown Tuscaloosa! This is an historic home that has been loved and cared for for many years. You'll love the charm of this home from the moment you step onto the large front porch.



The Space:

This home is a spacious 2000 sf single level house on a large lot. The high ceilings and oversized bedrooms provide plenty of room for you and your family. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an on-suite half bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom is located off the living room and has two full sized beds. There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. There is also a study that has a futon for an extra place to lay your head. Out back is a large deck and covered patio for the ultimate tailgating spot!



The Neighborhood:

This house is located in between Downtown Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama giving you easy access to all that Tuscaloosa has to offer.



Getting Around:

At the Burch Bungalow, you have the option to walk to anything and everything! Gameday... walk! Food... walk! Coffee... walk! Nightlife... walk!

• Per the City of Tuscaloosa, we can host 4-adult max for this property!

• Must be at least 25yrs old to book.
