The Charming Cottage has had a recent renovation and clearly the kitchen, bathroom, sliders, furnishings, appliances, exterior etc. all seem brand new. While the beach and downtown are close and technically walkable, I found prior reviews overstated the proximity and feel as though renting a car during your stay would enhance your stay. “
