„I would highly recommend staying here. It was exactly what we needed in terms of space and peace and quiet. I only have 1 complaint, where we were staying, the lake is not well maintained so we were not able to fish at all from our peg as we were caught in reeds/moss etc on every cast. Other than the the property itself was clean and relaxing.“

„We were very happy with this accommodation, location to Golden Palm - excellent. Love the ducks roaming free!! We attended a motorcycle event based at the Golden Palm. Chip shop 2 mins away and breakfast Cafe- JT's over the road. Couldn't be better for a cheap as chips weekend away!!“

„Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again “

„We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. They even checked in with us afterwards to make sure we had settled in comfortably, which was a lovely touch. The beds were very comfy, and the flat had everything we needed for a relaxing night. „Fabulous spacious accommodation for a perfect few nights away with friends! Kitchen kitted out well with a home from home setup, plenty of cutlery, glasses mugs plates , etc . Enjoyed the log fire with a couple of blocks to get us started! Communication with host was good. We will definitely be returning. “

„The woman that owns and manages the property is so nice. The place is very old school looking but they are slowly renovating it one at a time. Despite this it was really homely feeling and actually we really liked the fact it didn’t just look like a hotel. We will be back next year “

„We stayed for one night as we had tickets to see Texas at Lincoln Castle and wished we had booked for longer. It's perfect for 2 people or 2 couples, the decor is lovely, it's spotlessly clean and well placed for local pubs etc, with a taxi to the castle just 8. The beds were very comfy and our host left lots of bread etc as the co-op next door is closed at the moment. A really relaxing place to stay just four miles from the city.“

„The cottage itself was beautiful. Clean, tidy and well looked after. You must buy from their online shop ! The location is a bit out of the way for some but only a short drive to everywhere else. Just be mindful about going out of season as things will be closed. We, & my fur baby, loved the peace and quiet and the feel of the cottage. A must is Welly boots in the winter.“
