You’ll be staying in a prime location between La Veleta and Aldea Zama, giving you the best of both worlds: walkable access to cafés, restaurants, and yoga studios, plus quick routes to downtown and the beach.
⭐ Heads-up: • Shared amenities (pool, gym, elevators, etc.) are managed by the building and may occasionally close for maintenance. • The private rooftop pool of this unit receives scheduled professional cleaning every Monday and Thursday to keep the water fresh and clean. Our team will notify you the day before. Cleanings are usually carried out between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM and don’t take long to complete. • There is a sauna on the property, but it is currently out of service due to issues with the local power company (CFE). • There is active construction at the back of the property as the development is being extended. This can cause some noise during the day Monday to Saturday, 8 AM – 5 PM. • Tulum is still a developing town and short, unscheduled power outages can occur. They’re usually brief and resolved quickly, but we’ll always do what we can to keep you comfortable if one happens during your stay. • Wi-Fi is generally very reliable. If you ever notice slow or no connection, let us know right away so our tech team can help resolve it. • Water pressure and temperature may fluctuate from time to time — this is normal in Tulum. If you experience anything unusual, just let us know and we’ll do our best to fix it quickly. • While the unit is regularly cleaned and fumigated, tropical insects can sometimes make an appearance — a normal part of life in this climate.

➡️ DIRECTIONS TO XALET TULUM
Whether you're arriving from Cancun International Airport or the new Tulum International Airport, follow the steps below to reach your unit easily and without confusion:
✈️ From Cancun International Airport (CUN)
1. Exit the Airport Toward Highway 307 After picking up your rental car or shuttle, follow signs for Carretera Cancun–Tulum (Highway 307) heading south.
2. Drive South on Highway 307 Continue for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours (about 120 km / 75 miles), depending on traffic. You’ll pass Playa del Carmen and a few smaller towns.
3. Approach Tulum As you enter town, look for the main intersection with a Super Aki supermarket on the corner. Turn left onto Avenida Coba.
4. Continue on Avenida Coba Drive approximately 1 km down Avenida Coba. After passing the police station, slow down and look for the entrance to Xalet Tulum on the same side. You’ll notice large rocks spelling “XALET” and, for reference, a “muy mucho” store right next to the turn-in.
✈️ From Tulum International Airport (TQO)
1. Exit the Airport and Follow Highway 307 Exit the airport and follow Highway 307 north toward Tulum Town.
2. Drive North on Highway 307 Continue for about 25–30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you reach the main intersection with the Super Aki supermarket, turn right onto Avenida Coba.
3. Follow Avenida Coba to Aldea Zama Drive approximately 1 km along Avenida Coba. After passing the police station, look for the Xalet Tulum entrance on the same side, marked by rocks with “XALET” and the nearby “muy mucho” store.

• At the Gate: Stop at the security booth. The guard may request your name, QR code, unit number, and a photo ID. The QR code will be sent to you the night before or morning of your arrival. • Parking: Once inside, you may use the underground parking garage.
