Incredible Jungle living in Tulum.

Keeping food items sealed, maintaining a clean kitchen, and frezzing and throwing out organic waste daily will prevent ants from finding their way in .

I recommend to rent a car , because we have really nice Cenotes and Beaches.

Fell safe living in the incredible jungle of Tulum, with security guard at night and 24 h. security cameras in common areas.

We don´t allow visit in the property, if they are not in the original reservation . If you are planning to have visits please update the number of guest in your reservation , before your arrival.  

Providing luxury in the jungle is challenging at times as the power might temporarily go out, the internet can be disrupted, and bugs exist.  
                     
Currently all Riviera Maya is development and there may be construction in the neighborhood, it is worth mentioning that in our 10,000 M2 private area, we do not have construction.
We look forward to welcoming you , in the security gate at your check in , they will ask you and all your guest a identification card or pasport they will give you a bracelet and our Co Host will give you the Welcome.
