Welcome to our wonderful retreat in Tulum. Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the property. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect all our guests. There are shared spaces, and visitors are not allowed. A cleaning fee will apply additionally. Please be mindful of energy usage and turn off any lights and appliances when you leave. This place is perfect for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy unforgettable time together. TULUM is a small town experiencing significant growth. It does not have a robust electrical infrastructure, and in our commitment to the environment, the air conditioning system operates autonomously. When the temperature reaches 22°C, it turns off automatically. To enhance your experience, we recommend using the ceiling fans, which can be turned on with the switch next to the remote control, and their speed and light can be adjusted using the same remote. Additionally, feel free to open the large windows in each room and the living area. Please note that the air conditioning will not operate if the windows are open. For security reasons, an ID will be requested both through the platform and upon arrival at the property.
