„What a beautiful jungle retreat. Perfect for a family vacation or trip with friends. Staff are all friendly and welcoming, Santiago, Fili, Mario and all of the staff at the brewery restaurant were simply amazing, thank you for making our first family trip to Tulum so memorable and enjoyable. One thing to remember is good bug repellent because the mosquitos were just as hospitable as the employees.“

„Das war ein absolut hervorragender Aufenthalt im Teetotum Hotel! Die Lage am Rand von Tulum Downtown ist sehr gut, man kommt schnell in die Stadt zum einkaufen uns essen gehen, ist aber auch direkt an der Straße die zum Strand führt. Mit den Fahrrädern vom Hotel kann man super zum Strand oder zu den Ruinen fahren (ca. 30 - 45 Minuten Fahrzeit). „Thank you for the stay at the Heart of Tulum. William as the property manager was wonderful, very responsive. The location was good in that getting around was easy, however, the noise level from surrounding restaurants/bars was very loud and went on into the early morning hours. So if you do not mind the noise into the wee hours of the morning, this is a very central spot. The sofa was not very comfortable when sitting and watching TV. “

„Waren nur eine Nacht hier und hatten aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht, die wir leider nur zum Teil nachvollziehen konnten. Sehr nett war der Service. Die Frühstücksoptionen waren sehr eingeschränkt. Parkmöglichkeiten unmittelbar beim Hotel waren keine vorhanden. Und im Zimmer haben wir uns ein etwas eingesperrt gefühlt, da es keinen Balkon und keine Fenster gab, sondern nur eine Milchglasscheibe zum Gang gab.“
