Guests have access to the whole property except for the shed in the backyard and the closet where we keep our supplies.

Large home has been completely remodeled top to bottom. A grand entryway greets you as you enter the front door and head into the home's huge open family room with fireplace, sectional and smart TV. The dining room has seating for 6 while another table in the kitchen provides another table with 4 chairs, as well as 3 barstools. Kitchen has a built-in work/desk area, all new appliances, granite counters and is completely stocked with anything you could need to cook a meal. Laundry room has new washer and dryer (detergent provided) and an additional sink and storage. Primary suite is located downstairs off the living room and feels very private. An enormous en-suite bathroom is attached with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, towel warmer, double vanity, private toilet room and seated make up desk. Walk-in closet is very spacious and we have provided hangers, iron, ironing board, steamer and laundry basket. Up the grand staircase, you'll find another large room with king bed. Next are 2 rooms, each with queen beds. Across the hall is a large bathroom with double vanity, rain-head shower with big bench and a seated make-up area. A surprise is waiting at the end of the hall when you walk into a large game room with sofa, pool table, arcade game and board games. The private backyard has a huge deck with hot tub, outdoor furniture and is fully privacy fenced. We supply everything we can think of to make your stay extraordinary and to keep you from having to run to the store for anything, if possible! A maximum of 4 vehicles are allowed at this property. There is a large 2 car garage provided that you may park in. We ask that you not park in the street if at all possible.

*This is a family neighborhood and we do not allow parties, events or gatherings. If you have a special request, you are welcome to send a detailed message to the host explaining your request. Quiet hours are strictly enforced and you will be asked to leave without refund if they aren't kept.
*Absolutely NO smoking of any kind inside the home.
*Non-shedding dogs are welcome by paying the pet fee.
*We do not give any refunds outside of our cancellation policy. It's wise to consider purchasing the trip insurance that you are offered at checkout.
*Please take all your belongings when you checkout. There is a $50 charge in addition to shipping costs if we are asked to mail anything back to you.
