Travel with less as our basic ammenities are in the home such as an iron and ironing board.
Keyless entry keypad is on the front door behind the screen door. Lock box is for emergencies. Touch to illuminate, enter the code and hit lock the lock button when leaving.
As a host I am available as needed please feel free to message for immediate access or call 911 in an emergency.
Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.
Driveway 2 car parking , No Street Parking, No commerical vehichles or campers.
Pool Hours:
Most activities out of the community you will need a vehicle to travel to. I recommend renting a car or possibly taking a ride share for transit to nearby events.
There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.
Leave beds un-made and place towels in washing machine with door open. All clean towels can be found in each bedroom for guests.

House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage pails. Pickup is Wednesday early morning. Please have out at street Tuesday evening. If you stay during a trash day please place pails at the street and bring in after pickup.

Pool Hours Open April 1st- November 1st. Pool is not heated. Hours are 5 AM to 10 PM only.

No vehicles parked in the street. No RV Parking allowed at any time or commercial vehicles.

Please note: When propane tank is provided guests are required to fill during their stay for use.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.

Air conditioning should be turned to 85 degrees at checkout (summer bookings)

Heat to be set to 50 at checkout (winter bookings)

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout.

Do not alter, remove or cause any damage to landscaping. This action will result in a fine. This property is managed by a professional gardener.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly. If you see a snake in the property call 911 and let them know, the fire department will come and remove it.
