Solana Spanish Villa's, Villa #5 a 5 bedrooms villa, with 2 master suites, for up to 12 guests. This villa is one of our largest and one of our most charming villas with captivating historic architecture and charming southwest decor, it is a preferred choice for large groups. Guests particularly appreciate the spacious living room, well equipped large kitchen, BBQ and private enclosed backyard that backs up to our serene and peaceful Mesquite Bosque and park.
The Space:
Nestled on 5.7 acres, Solana Spanish Villas is far more than a vacation rental; it's a destination! Our Spanish red brick house boasts rustic log ceilings and striking brick paver floors throughout. The main living room and dining room are adorned with original beam ceilings sourced from our very own Mount Lemmon historic sawmill. Unwind in the resort-style heated pool, enjoy a game of pickleball on our private court, or simply bask in the serene surroundings. PETS: We are a dog friendly mini resort. A pet fee for each dog, per stay is required with a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. No cats or other pets are allowed. Only non-aggressive dog breeds under 55 pounds are allowed. Aggressive breeds, including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers, are strictly prohibited.
NOTE: Host/homeowner lives on the property, in a completely separate house.
