Guest Access:

Guests have full exclusive access to the entire home and property pool, spa, putting green, outdoor kitchen, yoga room, all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, full kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Three-car driveway and street parking ensure easy arrival for the whole group. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival seamless at any hour.

Eastside Tucson is one of the city's most laid-back and nature-connected neighborhoods the kind of area where the pace slows down, the skies are wide open, and Saguaro National Park is practically in your backyard. Sitting at the edge of the Rincon Mountain District, it's a favorite among hikers, cyclists, and anyone who came to Tucson for the landscape. You're close to everything without feeling like you're in the middle of it grocery stores, local dining, and golf are all within minutes, while downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona are an easy 20-minute drive. This is authentic Tucson quiet streets, desert views, and the kind of neighborhood where guests come to decompress.

No parties or large gatherings. No more than 9 people are allowed on the property at any given time.





Please respect our neighbors and community and keep noise at a minimum at all times, especially outdoors. Quiet times are from 9PM-8AM.





Please use the driveway parking spaces as your primary parking area. The 3-car driveway can comfortably accommodate multiple vehicles. Street parking is available directly in front of the home.





No smoking or vaping inside the home. A $500 minimum cleaning fee will be charged if our team finds any evidence or odor from smoking.





We require reimbursement for any items our team finds missing or damaged, and reimbursement for additional cleaning required due to negligence.





The fireplace is off limits. Please do not use the fireplace during your stay.



The smoker is available for use. Please note it requires a specific type of log guests are responsible for purchasing their own logs.



Please place cornhole, putters, and golf balls back in the pool house after use.





Pool Heating: The pool is heated. Pool heating is an additional fee of $70. Please contact us at the time of booking to add pool heat to your reservation. A $75 fee will be charged for any rocks left in the pool.

We are available from 9AM-7PM through the app for questions, concerns or ways to make your stay better. We are available 24/7 by phone for emergencies.
