Take a boat ride to Great Bay at the stink house for a day of striper and fluke fishing or enjoy lunch in Beach Haven, Long Beach Island right across Great Bay or a voyage/drive to the Atlantic City Casinos. Local restaurants and bars are not a far heading from Mystic Island. Ride your jet skis to the sandbar for some fun in the sun. The recreational package includes kayaks to explore the majestic Mystic Island lagoon, the beautiful homes and the Radio Tower structures around the island with other amenities included.
Cook the days catch on the gas grill and throw those crabs in our gas pot cooker. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your feast.
Dock your boat on the 16’ floating dock and there is one jet ski dock and room for more. The davit is rated for 500 lbs or less and there are local marinas with boat ramps close by.

If you are looking to hit the beach, Graveling Point Beach is at the end of Radio Road and a perfect spot for a beach chair and swim in Great Bay.

The 3rd floor master suite is equipped with a king size bed and surround sound entertainment with a spacious master bathroom, and an exquisite panoramic view of the lagoon.
Two 2nd floor bedrooms have queen beds and one full bathroom with a shower.
For added convenience, there is another full bath on the 3rd floor with a bathtub.
This 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom home includes bed linens and bath towels with a 2nd floor deck and patio table for those breezy days outside. The ground level offers a large table and covered seating. Full size washer and dryer with iron and board.
