„Clean, easy, quiet, spacious. The place was exactly as pictured on the listing and the hostess was so easy to work with! You do have to realize it's a basement apt so there is no outdoor seating, etc... (there is a grill though) but we were at the beach and eating out most nights so it was perfect for us! Would highly recommend! “

„This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. „The apartment is for the most part as advertised; cute and generally well located between town and beach. However, the parking is a problem as they share it with a bike shop. Another issue we ran into was the kitchen has ants so any food will wind up infested. A minor detail is the beds have linens so thin you will be cold. “

„The property is very new, clean and spacious. The place was well stocked in the kitchen and they had beach chairs for use. The hosts were easily accessible and very responsive. Would recommend for a couple for a Nantucket weekend stay! I will add - a car is really required to stay here. „I stayed there with my 18 yo son. The house is brand new and doesn't look like anyone has ever stayed there. The owner's are wonderful and you can't beat the location. It's 10 min to Vineyard Haven. 10 min to Oaks Bluffs and 10 min from Edgartown. This house feel like staying in a high end hotel and the interior if beautiful. I can't recommend this house enough.“
