„Das Häuschen steht inmitten einer herrlichen Avocadoplantage, hat einen wunderbaren Garten und einen tollen Ausblick. Sie ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich, die Küche ermöglicht es, eigene Gerichte zuzubereiten. Sogar frische Avovados und Äpfel lagen in einer Schale bereit! Die beiden Besitzer sind unglaublich gastfreundlich und herzlich, es war uns ein großer Genuss, Gast auf diesem wundervollen Anwesen gewesen zu sein. Absolut empfehlenswert und sehr besonders!“

„We arrived at this cute home after 24 hours of travel. We were so exhausted and were going to go out to dinner but had zero energy. We realized the owner had left us some staple groceries including a loaf of bread, and jelly. I had packed a tub of peanut butter and some chips in my luggage so we had the best PBJs and relaxed! Bonus there was even a bottle of wine in the fridge :) The view around the back was spectacular.“

„Exactly what it says in the listing. Not polished or flash but cosy and full of character in a lovely setting, close to walks in the gorge, op shops in Paeroa and the Te Aroha thermal pools. Felt very welcome and nothing like an outdoor bath under the stars!“

„An absolutely beautiful little place perfect to unwind and switch off from the stresses of busy work lives. Very quiet and private, a wonderfully cosy little space with a spacious deck and lush gardens to enjoy on a good day. Our dog Max loved the stay as much as we did! Having a hot outdoor bath under the night sky was a particular highlight. Dion is very respectful of your privacy and we didn't see him during our stay, but he is a great communicator and always quick to respond if you have ...

„We all thought 1st impression it was a very cute house. Very tidy and had everything provided for you. The host was very nice and just a phone call away. One thing that was mentioned was the number of the house wasnt visible for a taxi to know which house it was to pick us up at. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would tell friends of this cottage if they need to stay in Waihi.“
