„When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. “

„The plus side is that the Hotel is very close to the Casino Complex, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was ok for me , everything what you need in the morning. The minus points are, that my room key was never working properly and I had to run up and down a few times. The windows are very thin so you can hear everything. But all in all a good hotel. “

„Das Hotel an sich liegt sehr gut und auch der garten sowie der pool sieht super aus... leider ist dieses Hotel momentan eine baustelle... auch unser zimmer war sehr runtergekommen und hat komisch gerochen...die toilettenspülung war auch defekt... schade...“
