On arrival, you will first climb an external staircase to enter this modern and attractive house. The impressive cast-iron staircase makes a fabulous focal point as it curves up to the first floor, where you will find an open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings. This spectacular space has huge floor-to-ceiling windows framing those spectacular views, along with a corner sofa and Smart TV, a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, plus a table seating everyone, located beside an appealing circular window. There is also a snug with a sofa bed and another Smart TV, plus a separate shower room with WC. All four bedrooms are on the ground floor – two with king-size beds, and two with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as twins or super-king-size beds on request. For freshening up, three of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with rainfall showers, attachments, and WCs. Three bedrooms open out onto terraces overlooking the ocean, so you can enjoy lovely views first thing each morning.
