"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the newly built Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa Hanoi. The hotel offers luxurious amenities and shines brightly through its staff, though it currently faces some external challenges regarding the immediate surroundings.
The absolute main reason for our immediate rebooking was Tuan Anh (Jason) Nguyen, the Assistant Guest Excellence Manager. Jason was nothing short of phenomenal. He was extremely professional, incredibly warm, always reachable in a flash, and instantly understood and resolved any matter. His experience in hospitality is evident in every single interaction. He truly has what it takes for a stellar career in the luxury hospitality industry, and the management at Dusit Hanoi should definitely promote him. He is an outstanding ambassador for the brand.
The hotel itself is beautifully and modernly designed, featuring impressive glass facades. The facilities leave nothing to be desired. The gym is absolutely world-class, equipped with the latest Precor machines, plenty of free weights, a proper squat rack, and a pull-up bar, offering a perfect, clean training atmosphere. The rooftop pool is pleasantly cool, complemented by great lounge furniture, a fantastic terrace, and a sauna with a great panoramic view. Unfortunately, we didn't try the onsen. We also highly recommend the hotel's transfer service, which is partly carried out in top-of-the-line Maybach limousines—a thoroughly luxurious experience."
