Riley answered all our texts or any questions we had.We spent time in Truckee, Tahoe City, South Tahoe and Kings Beach. Did a lot of shopping. The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants. The place itself is very convenient, but parking is only available for hours when you check in and out, unlike a regular hotel: if you check in at 3:00 PM, you can park your car at 10:00 AM, and this very important detail isn't mentioned anywhere. "Personal sehr freundlich, leider waren einige Dinge im Zimmer schon etwas abgewohnt, bei der Fernbedienung fehlt etwa der Deckel auf den Batterien, Klimaanlage leider sehr sehr laut und hat bei unserem Zimmer mit 2 Queenbetten direkt auf das Bett geblasen, hier hätten dadurch keine 2 Personen schlafen können, Frühstück durchschnittlich wie meistens, Frühstücksraum eher klein, Parkplatz wird extra verrechnet. "
