•Maximum Occupancy: 8;
•Parking: There is room for 3 cars in the driveway. Guests do not have access to the garage. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
•No pets (Family Allergies);
•Guest access fees apply per person, per day, and are subject to change. See the NPOA Rec Center website for details;
•Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
•Full Terms and Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation
•Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.
•Exterior security cameras on property.
