„The staff were very friendly and helpful, even advised me what to see with a rental bicycle (which the hotel offers). The breakfast was excellent, in terms of quality and selection (although the cappuccino made from the machine could be improved). The room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the stay very much and would stay again when I am nearby (or take a ferry) in the future.“

„The hotel itself was great and the staff at the breakfast really nice. Sadly the spa experienced didn’t go well as there were either towels missing, the sauna was broken or a group of drunken people prevented the relaxation. The front desk was so kind to cover and promise to cover some of the fees as an apology but at the end forgot to take them off because of the lack of communication at the front desk. „Everything was fine. All were good“

„The location is convenient (roughly 20 minutes into Stockholm), but neither quiet nor nice. Staff was friendly, but not overly helpful, didn’t take their time to really support the guests.“

„Stayed there for one night after taking the ferry. Got a welcome drink on arrival and enjoyed the heated pool by the bay - so what’s not to like…“

„Fantastic!“

„Das Äußere ist überhaupt nicht ansprechend. Man vermutet kein Hotel hinter der Fassade. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist sehr klein. Die Dusche fällt aus der Halterung.“
