Villa Abimaya - Vier Schlafzimmer Villa, Schläft 8

In the south caribbean sector of Martinique, the villa is located in the heights of the city of three islets.
Renovated in October 2022, the site is composed of 4 air-conditioned rooms with storage spaces and 3 bathrooms. The villa has a capacity of 8 people maximum. Among the rooms, three of them have a view of the pool, two of which are equipped with a queen size bed and the other with a trundle bed adapted mainly for children.
Located on the first floor, the living room is air-conditioned with a large angel sofa, a table that can seat 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen that give this space a friendly look.
The wooden terrace will be perfect for your barbecues offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. To access the heated pool, you will have to go through the stairs located outside the villa. It is also on this floor that you will find the fourth bedroom with a bathroom and a relaxation room with an office corner.

Ideal for a stay with family and friends, its location allows you to enjoy a seaside town with nearby amenities such as:
- the golf course at 5km, about 10 min
- you can also enjoy water sports, excursions, shopping, enjoy the casino at 6km at the tip of the island, the Creole Village
- The beach of Bakoua, the Anse Mitan, the Pointe du bout are very popular and located 6 km away, about 15 minutes drive.
- To swim with the turtles, you just have to go to the beaches of Anses d'Arlets, equidistant from those of Pointe du bout.
- A day with the family? The parkadonf, makes you enjoy activities mainly for children.
At the airport exit, take the direction SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and continue straight on. After about 12km, take the exit TROIS-ILETS.

Continue straight on for 5.3km (watch out for the fixed radar).

Drive on D7 for about 1.5km, then turn off onto D38, continue straight for 1.7km (you will pass a cobbled street and the Musée de la Pagerie).

You will come to an intersection, then turn left onto a small road with many bends and a steep climb. On this road, you will have to drive for 1.7km before arriving at the villa.

After driving these kilometres, you will come to a street, Villa Abimaya is the first one on the left (with a beige gate).
