„I rated a 3 for the listing as it should have a better description to find the house. It's on a 'two track' through woods with a fire number that is nailed up on a tree with other fire numbers.“

The 8 bedrooms are at one end of the building allowing “the littles” to go to sleep earlier than the adults with no need to worry about making too much noise to disturb their slumber. „This was a lovely get away from the city - about 4 hours from Chicago with an easy drive. It's a new to renting so we were one of the first renters. It's in great shape, it has a grill and the kitchen utensils meant for cabin life. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. „We had a family reunion up in northern Wisconsin and i needed a place that was close to my uncles place but also allowed dogs and this place was perfect! It was close to everything from Walmart, to downtown, shops! The house was very nice and perfect for 3 adults and my pup. It was great having a fenced in yard so she didnt need to be on a tie out and she was at home during our stay! the house was very clean inside and out! the deck off the siding doors was perfect for morning coffee. the cabin ...

„Excellent communication with the host family. They were able to accommodate our late request to bring our 2 fur babies (dog cost very affordable) and gave us recommendations for boat rentals. Johnson lake is a wonderful full rec lake that is smaller and wonderfully not busy! „The cabin was exactly as pictured. Clean, ready to go. As a heads up, you do share the stairs down to the docks with the twin cabin that is next to you. Not a big deal for us at all. We were able to pull our boat up to the dock (launch is on Gunlock lake and you have a little, shallow, channel you'll need to go through to get to Shishebogama), which was super nice..“
