„First room that was given to us, toom 225, had a busted AC unit. Went back to the front desk and was promptly given a different room. 115. Only complaint was kids jumping and running on the floor above us. Continued through 1am. Went to front desk to complain and ask if they could make them stop, but no one was at the front desk. Waited 10 minutes and no one ever came up. I have stayed here many, many times over the past year and this was the only bad experience I have had. It still wont deter ...
