„Great staff! Very helpful!“

„There was blood spots and dog urine on the bed sheets!! The chair was filthy, there was something in between the couch cushions I don’t even know what it was cause I didn’t want to touch it. There was black mold in the shower, the shower floor was gray with dirt. There was disgusting garbage piled up at the building entrance. This place was absolutely gross!! Front desk staff didn’t seem to care. I checked out moments after check in, returned the keys and showed them the pictures I took. ...

„Only wall light in sleeping area and the switch was by the entry door. Would have liked a lamp by the bed.“

„The hotel and staff were very nice and helpful but our bed wasn’t very comfy and the bathroom outlet didn’t work.“

„Be aware. This property is not like the pictures. Carpet is worn down and literally falling apart. There’s no elevator and doors to the outside are not locked or secured. Room was dingy and worn down. Smelled like dog. The only decent thing was the front desk guy that was kind and helpful.“

„Nothing in room worked coffee pot missing parts refrigerator wouldn’t get cold housekeeping didn’t show up had to go to front desk and get towels and bags for garbage I was really disappointed wish I would’ve used my points and money elsewhere“

„We only stayed for one night, but the hotel is beautiful! Our room was on the 3rd floor, had lots of space, and was clean. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommend!“

„I was disappointed with the coffee taste first, but breakfast included yogurt, eggs, waffles, and bananas. Overall, I was satisfied with breakfast.“
