„The rental is great. It appears to be an upgraded double wide trailer with plenty of room. The beach and a pool (why use when you have the ocean?) is a very short drive away and the property is near a clubhouse with plenty of game choices. It included a small boogie board which was fun at the beach. Check in and out was easy. Edward responds quickly to any questions and provides great instructions. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun getaway. “

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Nettles Island. Were allocated a different house from the booking due to repair work but this one turned out to be also very nice. Nettles Island is a treat with pools locally and a designated beach, and lots of other activities like pickle ball, tennis, mini-golf, billiard. Great place for kids. Exchange with owner was very good and friendly. Anytime again!“

„Ordering the room, communication and unlocking the door on the first try was a very easy process. The room and property was exactly what I expected it to be. The location and proximity to local restaurants, bars, shops and activities was perfect. Our experience overall could not have been better. We had a wonderful time and would certainly do it again. „Good job by the owner in renovating & furnishing the house, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. For our purposes, the location was excellent, very close to grocery stores and restaurants, as well as convenient for a short drive across the bridge to the island restaurants, shops and beach. While not a high end housing area, but priced accordingly, it was very quiet and safe. We plan to rent again on our next visit.“

„We were coming to the area to help out with some relatives kids. We asked the owners if this would be okay and they quickly replied that it was. The boy wants us to stay here if we ever visit again. Dan and Shannon are some of the friendliest helpful hosts that we’ve met. Shannon’s mother lives on the property and is also lovely. She invited the boy to swing. As noted in the description, the kitchen and shower are outside so exposed to nature and such. Dan even took the time to write some notes ...
