Sleeps 6-8 persons. Welcome to the Lakeview Cottage on beautiful Arbutus Lake. Our cottage is located on the four acres of Pineview Resort with 300ft of sandy private beach frontage (guests and owners only) as well as a large sandy swim area. Arbutus Lake is an all sports lake which is perfect for boating, skiing, fishing or paddling. We have a private boat launch and dock space is available for your boat/pontoon. Kayaks are also available to our renters free of charge. Other amenities at your cottage include a private fire pit with seating, picnic table and private deck with table and chairs as well as a NEW large propane grill for cooking outside. Enjoy partial lake views while you relax with coffee on the deck for sunrise or enjoy your meal at multiple outdoor tables for dining al fresco. The lake/beach area is located about 75 steps downhill from the cottage, just follow the designated path. Sleep well in one of the 3 bedrooms. There is also a futon couch that can transform into a bed for extra sleeping accommodations. You may also enjoy the resorts shared amenities such as a beach fire pit, beach chairs and swim platform as well as plenty of spots to fish from and a private playground and basketball court for kids. Lakeview is only a 15 minute drive to downtown Traverse City for many great dining and shopping options. We are also close to the upper portion of the boardman river and brownbridge quiet area for hiking and river adventures. Also near by is Ranch Rudolf for horseback riding and river canoe/kayak rentals.
