Historic 1910 home in downtown Traverse City on Third Street, within walking distance to the popular West End Beach and downtown TC nightlife. The house features four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located upstairs, and one of them includes an ensuite bathroom. On the main floor, you'll find a living area, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The fourth bedroom is also on the main floor.

The home boasts all-new memory foam queen beds, brand-new furniture, and two couches, one of which is a queen sleeper sofa. Recently fully renovated, the house includes new kitchen appliances and cabinets, as well as a new washer and dryer. Consider the home perfectly turnkey, and we also provide bikes for you to explore all around Traverse City!
