We had to ask for a replacement BBQ as the electric one outside was terrible, we ruined some of our food trying to cook with it. Tried to tell me we didn’t check in but had all the details on my phone, said her internet was playing up. Found the whole process a little disturbing. Where is the backup from stayz where we booked through. This property should be taken off the rental market as I feel we are a cash train and no way to get our money back. The pictures do not reflect this property. “
