„Ein sehr schönes und für Mumbai ruhiges Hotel! Das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber, das Personal von Management bis Hoteljunge sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles notwendige befindet sich in der Umgebung: Früchteverkäufer, Tee-Shop, einfache Restaurants und teure, Kleiderläden, Buchläden und auch der Strand ist nur 20 Minuten per Fuss entfernt. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen auch für jeden, der öfters in Mumbai sein wird oder muss.“

„Keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Mann musste immer nachfragen. Handtücher neje zu bringen wurden vergessen. Das Zimmer war auch nicht richtig sauber“

„The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive: Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean. Negative: They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor ...

„This hôtel is not comfy. We booked for 3 rooms. But the room are so tiny that we forced them to open an other room. Whithout Windows so you feel like suffocatinng. Same for the toilets. The hygiène is not there. And most important the area is awful. “

„Booked on-line easy check in, room clean. Bathroom was pretty clean. Great wifi.helpful staff.Except the the bed linen it didn't feel clean. Cushions had lots of blood like stains which you could see through the covers. I used my own blanket and used a Tshirts over the Cushions. When i complained they didn't think it was a big deal..as im from the uk my expectations of cleanliness was very high compared to there's. “

„Good location for exploring South Mumbai. Even though shower & toilet facilities are separate, they are clean with good water pressure in showers & hot water. Rooms are spacious and have tv. There is a cook who makes a good cup of chai. WiFi needs a new code every day and does not always work.“
