„My family and I enjoyed this house and it was great to be able to appreciate the old architectural charm of the building. The outdoor space was perfect for us and was a big plus. The house isn’t right in the city center but we were able to walk or ride bikes into town very conveniently. The only real negative was the checkin and checkout process as the place where we had to pick up and drop off the key was not close by especially if you were in a rush or didn’t have a car. „Sehr schöne Location, mitten in der Stadt. Abgeschottet durch Mauern liegt ein sehr schönes altes Herrenhaus mit großem Garten und altem wunderschönen Pool. Ein riesiger Baum (Zeder) krönt das Anwesen. Die Zimmer sind mit alten und neuen Möbeln liebevoll gestaltet. Laurence ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns sogar Frühstück gebracht. Gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank.“

„Es ist ein großes Haus , das mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail von der Vermieterin ausgestattet wurde. Es gibt überall viel zu bestaunen und zu entdecken. Die Küche ist etwas klein , mit wenig Arbeitsfläche , ebenso sind die Bäder klein , teilweise mit schrägen Wänden. Da wir nur vier Personen waren, reichte uns aber der Platz. Wir wurden überaus freundlich ( mit einer guten Flasche Wein ) von der Vermieterin empfangen und in alles sehr ausführlich eingewiesen. Unter prächtig blühenden Rosenbüschen ...

„We recently visited the Loire Valley with our family of four adults. This loft was well equipped and modern. Washer/dryer and drying rack appreciated. There was some construction on the street in front of the building, but we were able to access the unit from the back lane. If you have mobility issues, the stairs would be a challenge but they were not a concern for us. Quick response from owner with any questions. Overall an excellent place and we would stay here again.“

„Good location close to river and the main street in Saint-Avertin close to Tours. The backyard in very nice with the pool and the Bocce Ball court. The house is very spacious and the art on the walls in beautiful. The only negative point was that there is only one bathroom on the second floor, and it is far away from the master bathroom close to the Master bedroom. Overall, we had a very good stay.“
