Housing
Located on the ground floor of a small building in the city center, our duplex has been designed for your comfort.

The living/dining room will be perfect for relaxing after your wonderful sightseeing trips! It includes a modern, convertible “L” sofa, a small nesting table, a contemporary lamp and a small flat screen.

The dining area, composed of a 19th Century table and straw chairs, will allow you to share delicious meals with your friends.

The kitchen is semi-open and functional. It includes a small worktop, hotplates, a hood, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a teapot, a toaster, a kettle and a washing machine. You will also find a kitchen kit, for the first night only: 1 trash bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet and a kitchen towel will be at your disposal

You will find a bedroom on the ground floor and another upstairs, they include a double bed as well as two small pedestal bedside tables with lighting.

Bedding and household linen (sheets, one bath towel per person, one bath mat) are provided.

A small bathroom is at your disposal. It has a shower, a vanity unit and a mirror with lights. You will also have essentials for the bathroom for the first night only: 1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo as well as a roll of toilet paper.

You will have private access to a travertine terrace where you will enjoy your meals from the beginning of spring.
Traveler access
Access is done independently, the keys will be accessible independently via a key box.
Other remarks
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
We love animals very much but unfortunately they are not allowed in the accommodation for hygiene reasons.
Parties and festive events are not permitted.
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
As a security measure, access to the accommodation is under video surveillance.
