The nearest metro station, Jean Jaurès (lines A and B), is just a short walk away, providing quick connections to all parts of the city. Several bus lines also run nearby, offering convenient travel options. For those arriving by train, Toulouse Matabiau station is easily accessible via metro or bus. If you're flying in, Toulouse–Blagnac Airport (TLS) is approximately a 20-minute drive or a convenient ride on the tram and metro. A few things to know before your stay — so you can choose in full transparency:
- Air conditioning and heating run on the building's collective system: condominium limits 19 °C heating / 27 °C cooling. A fan is provided for adjustments.
- Floor: 7th, with elevator and step-free access from the street to the apartment.
- Parking: not included. Paid street parking nearby (orange zone) and the Victor Hugo public car park 5 minutes' walk away.
- Before your arrival, a Boarding Pass via our ENSO Connect solution will be sent to you. It collects essential information in full GDPR compliance: ID document (legal requirement in France to sign the rental agreement), contract signature, credit-card hold for the €300 deposit (not charged, released after the stay). Without this step the access code cannot be issued.
- Safety: smoke detector installed, exterior cameras only on the building's common areas (no cameras inside the apartment).
- House rules: strict no-smoking, no pets, no parties, quiet hours after 10 PM out of respect for the neighbours.
