Cleaning is included in the rent and linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

This accommodation is offered exclusively under a ‘mobility tenancy’ – a furnished tenancy agreement for a period of 1 to 10 months – reserved for people in a situation of temporary mobility (studies, training, work placement, professional assignment or transfer, etc.). You must sign the tenancy agreement to gain access to the accommodation.
After making your booking, you will be asked to provide the following documents required to complete your application and draw up the tenancy agreement: proof of identity for the occupants, contact details, proof of address where applicable, proof of home insurance, proof of your employment status or reason for mobility, as well as the required proof of income (e.g. payslips or financial statements for the self-employed).
Please ensure, before making any booking, that you are eligible for the mobility tenancy agreement and able to provide these documents. If the tenancy agreement is not signed and the required supporting documents are not submitted, access to the property cannot be granted.
