The guesthouse also offers shared common areas, including a communal kitchen and lounge/dining space, where guests can cook, eat, and relax. Bathroom facilities are shared, with shared toilets and showers available for all guests in the house.

This is an ideal choice if you want a central place to stay in Tórshavn and don’t mind a classic guesthouse style where you’ll likely meet other travellers along the way.

The Neighborhood:

The guesthouse is located close to the central of Tórshavn, close to cafés, restaurants, shops, and the harbour area. It’s a great location if you want to spend your time walking around the city, trying local food spots, and enjoying the atmosphere—without needing a car for everyday plans, the bus stops right behind the guesthouse as well, with a 3minute walking distance.



Getting Around:

• On foot: Many of Tórshavn’s highlights are within walking distance.

• Public transport: Local buses are available around the city, all of the city busses are free, and can be used at all hours between 7AM and 11PM. There are also busses that travels between the villages, there you can buy a ticket in the bus with eithe card or cash.

• By car: A car is helpful for day trips outside Tórshavn (hikes, villages, viewpoints).

• Airport: Vágar Airport (FAE) is reachable by car (time varies depending on route and conditions).

• Parking: there is limited parking, at this property, people can park on the side of the road, or by the small parkingspot, right around the corner from the property.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please respect the house rules and take out trash before departure.



We offer extra flexibility

Would you like to arrive a bit earlier or leave a little later? We provide both early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee. Please reach out in advance to confirm availability.

It is also possible to order a baby cot and a high chair for an additional fee.

Please note that a local tourism tax and administration fee apply to all stays. These are standard requirements in the Faroe Islands and will be arranged separately closer to arrival.
